Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You are deemed to have accepted the following conditions with your order from Deha Medikal Urunler.


ORDER AND PAYMENT


1. To place an order, you must register in our system via the dehapharma.com website.

2. You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order. When this e-mail arrives, it is your responsibility to check the order, delivery date and address, and billing address if different. 3. Our prices are subject to change without notice. No additional payment is required for paid orders.


4. You can make your payments by credit card or money order.


5. If your delivery and billing addresses are different, notify them in the system during the order. Your packages are delivered to you with an invoice.

 

DELIVERY AND RETURN


1. The deliveries of your orders are sent by cargo. Delivery time is 5 working days in Istanbul and 7 working days in other regions.


2. Orders placed on holidays such as holidays and public holidays are considered to be received on the first official working day following the end of the holiday.


3. Product delivery is delivered to the address specified in your order.


4. When placing your order, please do not forget to write your full address and telephone information.


5. Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during the delivery in front of the authorized person from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the authorized person. Do not forget that you have accepted that the product has fully fulfilled its authorized duty after receiving it.


5. If the courier employee who brings your package to the address you have chosen on the day you have chosen cannot reach you or the person you have notified about the delivery of your package, your package will be returned to the relevant cargo branch. From there, he returns to Deha Medikal Urunler. Undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Deha Medikal Urunler. You have to pick it up yourself from the courier office.


6. The products you have purchased are included in the category of products whose right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. It is not possible to return products that are in danger of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire, in accordance with the Regulation.

 

CANCEL
1. The products are produced specially for you. To postpone or cancel your order, if you write to [email protected] with your order number, you can postpone or cancel your order if the products you have purchased have not been shipped. If your order has passed the shipping stage, no refund will be made in case of cancellation of your order. You must use your postponed orders within 1 month.


2. If you send us your requests regarding your orders via e-mail, if you do not receive a written response from us within 1 hour, there is a possibility that your e-mail has not reached us due to technical problems. In such cases, you should contact us by phone and submit your request. Deha Medikal Urunler is not responsible for the failure to fulfill your requests that we do not receive due to technical reasons.


3. Deha Medikal Urunler sends you all the arrangements made via e-mail. Transactions without confirmation information are your responsibility. It is your responsibility to check this e-mail and request correction if there is an error, after the arrangements made in the system are sent to you via e-mail.
